He leads RECenergy’s commercial strategy and oversees delivery across the business, ensuring clients receive the practical, outcomes-focused support they need to keep projects moving.

Charles is an accomplished Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer and Solar Engineer with 9 years of intensive experience in the power generation and renewable energy sectors. He specialises in the design and implementation of diverse projects, including Utility-Scale, C&I, and Residential Solar and BESS solutions, as well as Biomass and Coal-Fired Power Plants.
With a global portfolio covering projects in Japan, Australia, Singapore, and the USA, Charles is a Registered Electrical Engineer and Master Electrician proficient in advanced engineering tools such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, and AVEVA PDMS.
He is recognised for his expertise in code-compliant electrical calculations, system modelling, and managing the full project lifecycle from preliminary design to site commissioning.

Armando specialises in renewable energy and metering recruitment, supporting clients with high volume technical staffing across fast moving projects. With over five years of industry experience and ongoing Business and Finance studies, he works closely with energy providers and contractors to deliver skilled personnel quickly and effectively while helping clients reduce delays and improve workforce planning.

With over 30 years of administrative experience, Caroline serves as a key Project Coordinator for the Solar Design Team. Leveraging a background in recruitment and sales, she is responsible for managing the team’s core business functions, including payroll, timesheet coordination, and timely invoicing. Her ability to handle the daily rigours of financial and personnel logistics while providing seamless organisational support makes her a vital asset to the executive team.

Maria brings valuable client side recruitment experience from the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, having previously worked as an internal recruiter for a major infrastructure provider. Her understanding of compliance, workforce planning, and operational delivery helps clients improve retention, reduce time to hire, and build reliable project teams for large scale energy developments.

Aldrin specialises in technical solar and hybrid energy design, producing detailed CAD packages and installation-ready engineering documentation. His expertise includes rooftop solar layouts, battery systems, and electrical schematics.

Geoffrey-Dem L. Alferez is a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) and Certified Draftsman with a distinguished record in delivering high-stakes renewable energy projects. He has extensive experience in the design, simulation, and on-site execution of solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including leading site activities for a 48MW BESS and 12MWp solar installation. A Certified Huawei Solar Installer and COSH officer, Geoffrey is proficient in advanced engineering tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP. He brings a rigorous approach to technical documentation and project execution, ensuring designs are compliant, accurate, and ready for site delivery.

Rowel is an experienced electrical engineer with expertise in solar PV and battery storage design. He supports technical modelling, CAD drafting, and electrical design work across large-scale renewable energy projects.

Cherrielyn is an experienced solar design engineer specialising in technical construction documents, modelling, and PV permit packages. Her background in quality assurance helps ensure designs are accurate, compliant, and performance-focused.

Muhammad is an accomplished Energy Analyst and Engineer with over six years of experience specialising in the design and implementation of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar-PV solutions. He holds a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Throughout his career, Umar has successfully designed over 500 solar PV systems globally and led projects ranging from 3kW to 30MWp, consistently achieving significant results such as reducing energy costs by 40% through optimised BESS modelling. His technical expertise spans feasibility analysis, PLC and SCADA-based plant control, and advanced energy monitoring using tools like PVSyst, AutoCAD, and PowerBI.

Alyssa is an experienced PV Design Engineer with a career spanning over a decade in solar, civil, and electrical CAD design. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering Technology and possesses a robust technical foundation in industry-leading software, including PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, Aurora, and PVSim. Her extensive portfolio features high-impact commercial and utility-scale projects, such as the 169MW Rondo Energy solar farm and the 19MW Aera Energy ground mount project, as well as complex shading analyses for high-profile sites like Apple Park. Alyssa excels in steering cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and array layouts to the development of comprehensive permit and construction plan sets.
